Ital Café debuts at Half Moon in Jamaica

Luxury Jamaican hotel Half Moon has added its first vegan eatery, Ital Café, to its award-winning collection of culinary offerings. Working in partnership with Aris Latham, considered to be the father of gourmet ethical raw food cuisine in America, Ital Café grows fresh, organic fruit, vegetables and herbs to be used on their menu.
