Mövenpick expands in Thailand with Chiang Mai property

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is making its mark in northern Thailand with the opening of the brand’s first property in the kingdom’s cultural capital, Chiang Mai. The 266 rooms Mövenpick Suriwongse Hotel Chiang Mai has opened its doors to guests, marking another milestone in the hospitality company’s Asian expansion strategy and growing its portfolio in Thailand to six properties strong.
