Wyndham to acquire AmericInn for $170m

Wyndham Hotel Group has announced plans to acquire the Minnesota-based AmericInn hotel brand and its management company, Three Rivers Hospitality, from Northcott Hospitality. The deal is worth a reported $170 million.
