AccorHotels acquires Mövenpick in €482m deal
AccorHotels has signed an agreement with Mövenpick Holding and Kingdom Holding to acquire Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. The deal, completed in cash, is valued at CHF560 million or €482 million.
