The Lampery to open in London this September

Launching in early September, The Lampery will be a new all-day dining spot providing good, honest cooking in the heart of historic London. Inspired by a passion for authentic British cuisine and locally-sourced produce, the restaurant and cocktail bar will be located within Apex Hotel City of London on Seething Lane.

Bell appointed head chef at Hotel Indigo York

Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed Oliver Bell as head chef for the 101-bedroom Hotel Indigo York. Joining the group with over ten years’ culinary experience, Bell will oversee all food operations in the day to day running of the hotel’s restaurant, No.88 Walmgate.
